Where plans run, and what happens if a payment fails.
Placement
Free and low-cost self-service plans run only in our EU region. Capacity in Nigeria, in Lagos and Abuja, is reserved for paying plans, because it costs more to provide. If your data must stay in Nigeria or the UK, tell us and we will agree the right plan and region.
- Self-service plans
- A failed payment starts a 14-day grace period with reminders. After that, non-production environments go to sleep. Production is never deleted, and your data is kept for at least 30 days.
- Dedicated Corporate Cell and Sovereign
- These run your production systems, so they are never switched off automatically. A missed payment notifies your owner and our commercial lead, and the process in your agreement takes it from there.
